Cant figure this out

My doorbell cam takes forever to download. Im better off just answering the door. With frequent solicitors, I dont always wants to answer. Even when Im viewing visitors detected, it takes so long to download. Vivint, please fix this. And, sometimes, I want to open my windows for fresh air without alerting all of my neighbors. Even when I disarm my system, this thing still goes off. Frustrating.
