Having same issues as other people. Cameras are offline on app, but they are online. This rely sucks as this is day 2 for me, 6 days left and they can come back and uninstall!

Video camera is very very very slow to load from anywhere, on Mobil data or wifi, needs to be way faster

It is the most unreliable app Ive ever used. When you try to change temperature or change settings in temperature it very often reverts back and the desired change doesnt stay. Sometime you try to lock/unlock the door and it just spins. This combined with their not so great customer service makes me suggest you choose a different company to protect your home.

Over all a great, easy to use app, just need to try and get the live video quality as good as the recorded quality, as well as more settings.

App works just like they claim. Easy to understand and use.

I would say that everything is working well up to date. I experienced the occasional latency issue but Im sure its due to the wifi connection.

Ive a problem with viewing the live feed of my houses camera. After it loaded the feed just shows a white screen. It happens occasionally before but now it just happens all the time. Its so frustrating.

So far we are loving the app. Makes it so easy to secure our house when we are home and when we are away. I also like that it tells me what is open and closed (doors/windows). The doorbell camera is great!

Recently downloaded the Vivint app and I am really liking the convenience of being able to check the security of my home wherever I am. Securing and unlocking the house using the app is a cool extra.

I love that I know what door is open, and when Im ready to arm my home.

App is great. Easy to use and I love that I can access my home even when Im away.

No probs thus far. System itself is great!

Literally just lock my front door and armed my house from bed. And my gf never gets out of bed to fiddle with the thermometer she just does it from bed!

Since they updated the electronic thermostat fan function doesnt work right. App is slow for arming and disarming. Seems like every second app update something goes wonky. Not impressed.

Great system, works fine so far! The camera resolution is low.
