My husband and I love this app. You can control everything no matter where you are. If your kids forgot to lock the door you can simple do it thru your phone. Customer service is a plus too!

Previously had ADT whose app is slow and unreliable. Vivints app is quick, easy, and most importantly 100% reliable. When Im protecting my home I want to know whats happening at a moments notice. Its that simple.

Very pleased with this App

This has proven to be a very useful app. Super easy to navigate. I check my cameras, my thermostat and alarm all on one simple screen. Great app, no complaints, no problems ever!

It would have 5 stars if you can get cameras installed without paying another $250

We were using another company and their app had too many steps involved in getting were you needed or wanted to go. Vivint app is easy to navigate. I would like to see improvement in response time to activating the garage door control but I dont think thats an app issue. Its wonderful that it is set up just like the display panel. Makes it easier to navigate between the sky control panel and the iPhone or iPad.

Great app! I enjoy being able to have the camera readily available to view my houses surroundings when Im not home. I enjoy the temperate settings as well. This is a very user friendly app! I highly recommend. I havent experienced any issues thus far, and Ive being using this app for over a year. I always like the upgrades, too!

I really love this system so far

Though not able to connect to home 100% of the time, when it does it is extremely convenient and easy to use. Nice when youre freezing in bed and dont want to get out of the covers to change the thermostat, or make sure you locked the doors when youre 100 miles away.

I love everything about this app - love being able to check in on the house & control the system remotely, love how intuitive it is, love the peace of mind. Love, love, love.

Its a awesome app... It really come in handy when you can turn off the alarm before you go in the house
