Vivint App Reviews

I love the service they provide and I love logging in to "take care of things" on my phone. The only reason I gave it 4* is because I have to reset the system periodically when the cameras go offline and are no longer streaming to my phone. Otherwise Vivant service, system and app are all fabulous!

I own a chain of tech stores and Vivint has been my personal choice. Keep up the good work people.

This is a fantastic security system! I love the ease of using the App and the features. Would like to be able to adjust doorbell camera sensitivity from app, and would love to have a way to delete multiple videos at once (instead of swiping and deleting one by one). But otherwise, great!

This app offers total convenience. Love it!

Sometimes the app wont come up and other times it might be a little behind what the house is set for. The features are nice but it takes forever to load app and see who is at door and most of the time I cant talk through door bell. Lot of times I cant even hear the people at the door. Over all not a bad app.

Great app, works smoothly, best feeling is from anywhere I can see whats happening, from my lphone. No glitches no worries always works.... Cant recommend enough

Love how simple this app is. My only wish is that they would create a built in reminder setting that can use locations as a trigger. So like when I leave my house the app asks me if I want to arm my alarm. Other than that, its dandy

Occasionally I have an issue with the garage door being sensored correctly but once I open it or Close it it resets itself.

Love how I can do EVERYTHING from my phone

I love our system. I can control everything from my device. I love that I can talk back to people who ring my doorbell through the app as well. It has definitely come in handy. I removed a star because it glitches still pretty often. Other than this I like the app.

The system and app are great... The only thing missing would be the ability to interact with Siri. I had just read an article saying that Apple will allow developers to have their apps to interact with Siri. Once I can say "Siri, lock the front door." I will be able to give this a five star review.

Fast, intuitive and very convenient.

Very easy to use! A few glitches here and there, but we use it all the time.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. App works great, as does the whole Vivint security system. I would recommend it to anyone.

Ive had multiple companies throughout my entire life! The number is 5 to be exact! I wouldnt trade this for anything! The employees and customer service are literally the best thing Ive ever come across! Dont change a thing!

Love the system I am often gone with work it is comforting to check on family at home at any time.
