The app works,.. But... 1)The recorded clips dont play on the app, 2) sometimes the time delay from a sensor going off isnt reflected on the app correctly Basic functions work fine,. Arming system, checking live feed, etc

Thanks Vivint for doing door to door sales in our area a while back... Yes my nephew thought you were the Pizza man at first... LOL... We had the system installed and have had great service!! We have purchased an additional home in another state and were glad to find out we could have full system in stalled there as well!! We really like that The one App can allow us to watch, protect and access each property!! Thanks!!!

This app allows me to keep an eye on my house even when Im not home. This app is a huge improvement from my previous one. Its a must have tool from a great alarm company.

This app is amazing when compared to the Honeywell Total Connect apps. Im happy I gave Vivint a chance and switch my service.

Love the app so easy to use.

For over 2 weeks now when I try to use my app it sometimes doesnt give me the bottom menu. This means I cant switch to the homescreen to arm or diarm my home. It is very annoying. Opening and closing the app does nothing and this last time I had to set off an alarm to get it to give me my menu back. It worked fine before, but now it is next to worthless at times.

Vivint has hit a home a home run with this new app update. Access to camera activity is much faster. The filtering along with the adding of more notification options offers the flexibility to make me comfortable with the security system. And finally, the security alarm monitoring and police response time is extremely satisfactory.

Its really easy from setup to everyday use. Away from home to staying home, Im always at ease since I know I can always see the house from anywhere Im at. Great app

My title says it all, having this app is such a stress reliever and its keeps my mind stress free from worrying about my house. If I forget to lock front door or am not sure if I set the alarm all I have to do is get on my phone for confirmation without turning all the way back home !

Ive have the system less than a week now. I recently moved into a neighborhood Im not too familiar with, but with this I couldnt feel any safer. I love that I can unlock and lock my front door from this device. When someone rings my doorbell, I can see who it is and speak with them, even if Im not home. Very pleased!!!

So much faster, so much easier! It just works the way it shirk.

Love it!!! Simple and secure. The fact that I can control my thermostat and doors is a plus.

We have been using Vivint products for about 8 years now and I can honestly say I hope we never have to go without them. We sold a home with a Vivint security system, bought a new home and had Vivint security installed! We tried others first and without a doubt they are the best! They update the app routinely and keep us as safe as possible all while offering us the ability to use our phones to secure our house, let people in if we arent there, or to give someone their own temporary "key". We can also control our thermostats, garage door and both inside and outside lights all from our phones. They have great techs and staff should you ever have questions!!! Thanks for a GREAT PRODUCT! The vivint system is great so far. Like the features and smartphone intergration.
