I can access most of the features via my iPad and iPhone, but I have a long wait if I want to load video on my iPad or phone. If the doorbell rings, its fine on the system screen, but I cant review video on my iPad after the fact, and it takes forever to load on my phone. It may be our connection too, so only one lost star for the communication time lengths, and the fact that our old motion detector broke, we called in, and we get about 4 notifications every time the door opens or closes.

I like this app a lot. Very intuitive and user friendly. It would be nice to have more custom options, such as hours that devices turn on and off. Pretty happy overall.

I love the compatibility with the apple watch. I dont even need to pull out my phone to arm my house. I can just arm the house directly from my wrist!

It works. Makes life easier. Good updates when something goes wrong.... But it does have issues with saying a door is unlocked. When its not.

Love being able to manage door locks, thermostat, see who is at my door (and talk to them!) and set security right from my phone. I love the system but do find the odd glitch (set security and find out later it wasnt set or went off at some point, doorbell camera doesnt capture and notify me of every visitor) and today when I open the app, I get a black screen.

Only thing I wish it had was fingerprint login ability.

I really enjoyed the peace of mind knowing that my family is safe at all times. The app is so advanced that it allows us to communicate with visitors (expected and unexpected) while we are not at home. This is the best service and technology of its time!

We have the motion sensors, window and door sensors and the remote arming/locking. We love it.

Latest version is much quicker and loads fast! Great app

Great so far, love that you can log in from anywhere and make sure things are okay.

Little slow loading doorbell camera; but then works hot diggity damn. Entire family feels safer.

The Vivint App is nothing short of wonderful!

We love how easy the app makes it for us to arm and disarm the house and the ability to check if everything is in order when we are away on vacation.

Just used the doorbell camera while away, and it was a breeze. You need LTE though
