Great app but it needs to be more robust. Need to add turning lights on and off as well as being able to watch video.

I like the new look its nice to see Vivent moving forward and upgrading things I would like to see more of the sky panel but over all love it thanx

This is so convenient and easy to use! Check the house remotely, lock or unlock the door for kids or delivery people! We are loving this feature of our Vivint system!

Seems to be working better than the previous version which used to close on its own/freeze all the time. This version has a better connection to my system. The only request I have is to have the armed and not armed icons different colours for a quick reference. Keep up the impressive software.

I updated my panel from the Go Panel to the Sky so we could get better video cameras, along came the Sky App. The app is slow to load video on the doorbell camera when somone rings your door bell and you want to talk to them through your phone.....many times the visitor walks away before the program loads/connects...I run 5G wifi at home or LTE cell network on my iphone 6 and both are slow to connect. Secondly you cannot select "No entry delay" when arming STAY from your phone (you could do this on the old Go Panel app, a feature we use every night). The ability to lock and unlock your door from the app or open your overhead garage door is great! As I said the app is a great base and works well, just needs an update to include the "entry delay/no entry delay" option and connection speed to door bell camera needs to be sped up somehow...

I love that I can control my system from anywhere, anytime. Peace of mind all the time. The doorbell feature is instant. I have no complaints.

I love my Vivent home monitoring system but the app takes long to connect to the live doorbell feed. Post man was in his vehicle before I could speak.

Works great. Feel secure knowing I can access my home from my phone! Great app.

I LOVED this app before the update ! Since the update the garage door command works only sporadically .. I have to constantly power down and reboot. Have also tried deleting and reinstalling. Still having the problem. I am hoping another update is coming soon that will address this problem because it really was a fantastic app!

The newest version is a big improvement. Not sure what the person saying it was wrecked with the update, it is in fact a lot better and faster. This app encompasses all the aspects of securing and making the home more smart. I was looking at ways to do the thermostat door bell the cameras the smoke alarms and of course the alarm prior to getting Vivant. They all work great and the app Is logging out less and crashing less. The Apple Watch availability is also very convenient :) However, the response time from when some one rings the door bell to when you can see and talk to them still has some lag but has gotten a lot better :) This and the fact the space monkey is really only accessible by one persons device as a log in to store their Data and keep it completely separate is why I dropped it a star but I am sure you will work on this :)

This app has never worked 100 percent and the recent update made it worse. Half the time it tells me its unavailable, the other half it plays video clips of nobody there 10 mins before the doorbell rings. Also does not unlock and lock my door reliably. Its done the opposite of making my house safer, as now I question the actual status of my door lock at home when Im not there. Total garbage. Cant believe I pay for this.

This app is so great and easy to use. Control the house from anywhere. I use it daily
