I like the app and being able to monitor my home when Im away. There are great features available and they seem to regularly update it to make it better. The only suggestions I have would be faster connection to the doorbell video and audio. Most times it takes so long to connect that the person at the door has already walked away. Also the app is frequently inaccessible and I have to delete and reinstall it to make it work.

Love this app! Its easy to use and helps with my lifestyle. I just wish I could make separate notifications on different devices.

Horrible, absolutely horrible. Updates should be beautiful and add features, not make the app less intuitive and pull features that made sense to have. Back to the drawing board, Vivint, and I hope soon!

I think the new version is great but so was the previous one....the device tab is considerably smaller, dont care for that!

Great app, works very well. Even after my wife sets off the alarm all the time I can shut it off before she makes it to the front door! Love it and the automation works with it flawlessly (I have front lock, light dimmer & thermostat. Reminders work awesome too for if you forget to lock the door or arm the house.

I have all the features and it works amazing!! I even installed my own z-wave light switches and learned them into my system. It was a breeze! I Love Vivint :)

Preferred the previous iteration much nicer graphics! Dont really like the new look. Still love the Vivent system!!

Havent had any issues and the communication between the app and the system is very fast, even when on cellular network.

The app is convenient and simple. A monkey could operate it. Nice job

Would be neater if it turned a different colour for armed away and armed stay for better at-a-glance reading.

Its okay but be better I find my temp gets all screwed up running it off the so n our camera goes offline a lot as well as it wont load live footage

So very happy with my Vivint system and the app that works with it. So easy to use and very effective.

Its a great app. Love the new upgrade. Its handy being able to operate the system from your mobile phone.
