7th review: Need to show more info like energy usage, humidity, etc. Integration with Apple HomeKit could make it so I say "Hey Siri, Open Garage steal 1" but I guess I should make my own app for that. Apple Watch: works great for thermostat and doors but dont expect to control any switches from it. Still only doorbell videos play; other camels display thumbnails but do not play the clips.

I already loved the sky app but this update was needed for stability etc. the previous version was crashing a lot. This update made it much snappier and I like the clips section better. Thanks! Keep them coming.

Please fix the cameras. I havent been able to see them for over a month from my phone.

This app is awesome! It works very well and fast with the system. I can be anywhere and control my system right from my phone. Excellent!!!

I like the app, but with the recent update the app keeps closing on me randomly. If Im on the app longer than about a minute it completely closes me out of the app.

Love the security system. Love the interaction with the system and phone. Love being able to secure my home and control the lock on my doors. My only complaint is that at times there is a delay in setting the alarm. Also a delay in locking and unlocking the doors.

I love the new snap a picture function! Smooth, and reliable...world class app!

I used playback this last week to check in some contractors working on my house. It awesome!

Simple and works well, really like the doorbell camera

I used to have a Monitronics system that was annoying to arm and disarm, sometimes we didnt even use it. With Vivint even if I forget to arm it when I leave my home I can control everything directly from my smartphone. I have the doorbell camera, auto Doorlock, smart thermostat, and love it all! Thank you Vivint for going the extra mile.

I have lived without a single issue in my home for well over a decade, but heard of some monkey business that was happening in my city. One of the VIVINT salesmen stopped by and at first I was apprehensive, but he made me feel very comfortable. I love this thing!

I loooove the new design. App seems to be running faster than ever now. Keep up the good work!

Good app..... Works well and easily accessible .... But I needs the finger ID of the VIVINT Classic app or at least a pin so my kids cant mess with the alarm

I have not been able to watch videos from app when doorbell is rung or if motion is detected the camera/video never loads. The door bell itself has a very long delay from when rung at door to when app rings. Also when closing garage door the app will time out and say it didnt open/close I have to shut down app and manually close it,go back in and close/open it again.

The latest update is awful. Our front doorbell camera isnt recording onto the app anymore when a visitor is detected. But the sky panel has the recordings. What?!

I love my Vivint system. The app is nearly flawless , the alarm is easy to use, and the speed of the response if something goes wrong is the fastest Im aware of. Love it! Keep the improvements coming! Please add a security feature to the app like a fingerprint or pin to access.

Seems like several things are missing. I like this app and it is going in the right direction. One thing that seems missing is seeing the status of each sensor. Is it open or closed and not having to define a rule just where can you see status?

Worst app ever

I have the camera doorbell, the thermostat, & garage opener. Most of the time I forget to arm my house so I do it from where ever I am. Great right... Except when someone rings my doorbell it doesnt let me see the videos or its to late by the time it rings on my phone but mostly I hate when it doesnt show up at all on my phone & its all been happening lately with the last 2 updates! Im getting tired of it.
