This update removed the ability to adjust the thermostat in the Armed Away mode. It was useful in saving energy when you left for the day. Any chance of getting this feature back?!?

This app crashes every time you delete a video from your clips.

I wish the app was consistent. I just opened it and it says that it wont connect to my house. I will try to get it to work and it wont work. I wont depend on it. I arm my house from the panel and never the app. Please make it work better.

New layout is awesome, I havent had any troubles with crashing but some say they have. Nice job having an active team keeping the app stable!

After the latest update, I have lost the ability to view cameras. Both indoor and door bell. Please address.

Since the latest update (May9 I think) the app goes offline all the time as well as my camera!!!! When it is working and I think Im setting my alarm or it says "Alarm Set" its not getting set!!! Ive checked it a couple hours later and it says "Ready to Set Alarm." Ive checked my internet connection and it is working fine, the wall connection is working fine its just the app.. Vivint please fix the Bugs!!! Im starting to get Frustrated!!

After the last update Ive lost ability to use my camera on the app. It works perfectly on the touch pad. Ive tried all the steps to reset it and still doesnt work. Therefore the problem must be the app. Please fix

Best home-automation application on the iOS market!! Recommend to anybody looking to simplify their life as well as making it safer!

Every Time an update comes out the interface becomes less user friendly! On top of taking forever to load I just gave up on the app to "connect to my panel" after 2 minutes! Im on the same wifi network. Its getting to the point where the app and the panel are useless because some techie wants to play around. STOP AND THINK BEFORE THE NEXT UPGRADE. And either go back to the previous version or fix this one! Go back to easy to use quick interface. Nobody cares about your cartoon drawings and cutesy little tweeks

Love being able to arm the system away from home, and being able to check while away. Very easy to use.

My doorbell cam takes forever to download. Im better off just answering the door. With frequent solicitors, I dont always wants to answer. Even when Im viewing visitors detected, it takes so long to download. Vivint, please fix this. And, sometimes, I want to open my windows for fresh air without alerting all of my neighbors. Even when I disarm my system, this thing still goes off. Frustrating.

I love it! I used it all the time. It used to crash all the time, but its been great lately.

This app gives me total peace of mind. I feel good about being out of town knowing my security system is in place. I can arm it from anywhere in the states, see whos at my door when the door bell rings and talk to them. I like knowing when someone comes opens the doors. When I have a problem with the system (which is very seldom) theres always someone very helpful and kind on the the phone to help with the situation.
