I love this app (the ease of use) and I love Vivint!!

This app is straight forward and easy to use. It could definitely use a landscape mode for tablets. The classic app has it and it is incredibly useful. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is that its missing a landscape mode.

Best app ever love it

Installer (Jaime) was competent & did an excellent job. System is working well!! I actually enjoy using the SkyControl Pad too!

This app has simplified the way we protect our home beyond anything we imagined possible. We are very appreciative!

I have such a piece of mind knowing that I am aware of whats going on in my home, whether Im there or not! Having a child now, that really changes your perspective on things. Would not want to be without it now!

By far the best system/app Ive used related to my alarm system. The response time and app interface is flawless. Definitely worth the higher cost for better quality monitoring. The only suggestion I have is to incorporate the Touch ID service for easier login access. Right now I have to log in with a username and password.

The app is simple to use, the product does its job.

I just wish there was audio on all the cameras... Other than that i am very happy overall...

The video on this app is very slow to connect when someone rings the doorbell, and when you set up an action such as turn alarm off it should have the option to bypass that action if its set to away that way if you go on vacation your alarms dont get turned off

This and my online banking app I use the most probably. In having this system for over a year now Ive probably only had the app not work for half a day. It is streamlined and works extremely well. I love spying on my wife too!!

My panel works at home for all cameras but the app says that All cameras are offline.

This app is awesome I love almost everything about but I dont have one complaint. I would love to see a off setting built in the fan control on the thermostat. All we are given right now is on and auto, when this setting is on auto I find my fan running all the time costing me money. In closing great app just could use some improvements.

This is by far the worst app I have on my phone. It crashes constantly. Whenever I try to do anything (eg arm the system, lock a door) the icon will spin forever. I have to close the app and re-open for it to complete the action. I also regularly get the "app unavailable" screen. If this were a game I wouldnt care, but this is my home security. Its hard to feel very secure with something that performs so poorly. Every update has performed about the same. Come on, vivint. Even ADTs app works better than this.

So far this has been a God sent to my home and family. I hope it continues to make me feel like this has been one of the best investment. Thanks Vivant!

I love being able to control and check my house threw my phone. Its always accurate and never have a problem with it.
